Important Information About Your Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number. Please make sure to regularly check your tracking information and monitor any updates or notifications from the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives at the pickup location or post office, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect it within the specified holding period. If the package is not collected and is returned to us due to an expired storage period or refusal to accept the delivery, we are not responsible for the costs of re-shipping.
A new shipment can only be arranged after the customer pays the additional shipping fee.
